Equipping Ministries Core Team members share a common purpose to create a living, breathing vision for the congregation of Pilgrim Lutheran Church. These team members love, support, and hold each other accountable in order to achieve the team’s goal of creating a whole-life ministry for people, so that who we all are in and through the church extends to who we are in our workplaces, communities and families.
The EM Core Team will monitor its success by measuring the number of people who understand God’s call in their lives and are finding ways to live out that call inside the church and out in the world.
